@VerbingNouns it’s always better to avoid changing data files in place. script #1 needs to write to diff directory or filename than it reads

@VerbingNouns not to be too zen about it, but your problem is not python, it’s understanding more about the operations.

@VerbingNouns sounds like there’s some screwy design (I bet organize script should be two phase or two different scripts) but if it works…

@VerbingNouns if you erase the intermediate files and run organize twice, does eye data work on first try?
